Modular Changing Rooms
A changing room is really three spaces in one building: a dry bench area, a wet shower area and a WC. Getting the zoning right is what keeps the floor dry, the benches usable and the building cheap to maintain.

Common questions
How many players fit in one changing room module?
A single 13 m² module with perimeter benching suits a small squad or a staff shift. Full team facilities usually need two or more linked modules.
Can we have separate home and away rooms?
Yes — two modules with separate entrances and no internal connection is the standard club arrangement.
Are showers included?
They can be. Shower zoning, hot water sizing and drainage are specified with you before order.
Is it suitable for a school or leisure centre?
It can be configured for those uses. Where the building forms part of a regulated facility, the specification is agreed project by project.
How do you stop the floor getting wet everywhere?
Wet and dry zoning, correct drainage falls and non-slip flooring — plus a drying area between the two zones where space allows.
Can lockers be built in?
Yes, lockers can be included in place of or alongside benching.
