    Two Bedroom Modular Homes

A two bedroom modular home typically uses four to six joined modules — two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living space — either in a single-storey run or stacked over two storeys where the plot is tight.

Two bedrooms without losing the living space

The usual constraint is keeping the living area generous once two bedrooms and a bathroom are taken out of the floor plate. Stacking over two storeys, or adding a fifth module, solves it without widening the footprint.

    • Two bedrooms partitioned along the quiet elevation
    • Bathroom placed between the bedrooms on the services wall
    • Open-plan kitchen and living space with wide glazing
    • Optional two-storey arrangement for a narrow plot
    • Internal or external stairs where stacked
    • Terrace, decking or first-floor balcony

Whether a building can be used as a permanent dwelling, and what Building Regulations, planning permission, foundations and energy-performance requirements apply, depends entirely on your site and how the building will be used. We make no blanket claim that a standard configuration constitutes a compliant dwelling — this must be confirmed for your specific project.
