L-Shaped Modular Buildings
Turning the run through 90° gives you an L. It shelters the space inside the corner, suits an awkward plot boundary, and separates two uses — for example a clubhouse on one leg and changing rooms on the other.

Why turn the corner
An L-shape creates a sheltered outdoor space without any extra building. It also gives two distinct frontages, which is useful when one leg is public-facing and the other is staff or service space.
- Sheltered courtyard or terrace inside the corner
- Two separate frontages from one building
- Splits public and staff areas naturally
- Fits corner plots and awkward boundaries
- Terrace or decking placed inside the L
- Services concentrated at the corner
Typical arrangements
Two modules per leg, with a sheltered corner.
A longer main leg with a short service or facilities wing.
Clubhouse-scale L with terrace inside the corner.
