We start from what the club needs on a matchday or a training night — how many players change at once, how many shower, where officials go, where spectators find a toilet — and then build that facility from linked modules. Because each part is a module, the whole scheme can be drawn now and built in the order your funding allows.

A single team room planned around how many change at once. A squad of around 25 normally needs two or more linked modules once benching and circulation are allowed for.
Home & Away
Two mirrored changing rooms with separate external entrances and no internal connection, with an officials' room between them where the layout allows.
Training Ground
Everyday provision for squads training through the week, with an open-plan room for briefings and analysis.
Clubhouse
The social side of the club, built as its own phase and linked to the changing building when funding allows.
Every configuration is built from the Adacon modular system, so rooms can be combined, extended or added to later. Transport, groundworks and service connections are quoted for your site.

Not every club needs to own the building. Where facilities are needed during a clubhouse rebuild, pitch works or while permanent plans go through planning, changing rooms, shower blocks, toilet blocks and meeting rooms can be hired on rolling monthly terms instead. We will price purchase and hire side by side so the committee can compare them.
