Already bought your modular building?
The building purchase is only one part of the project. Access, foundations, drainage, water, electrical supplies, transport and final connections may all need coordinating. Send us the building information, drawings if available, site location and what you need completed.
Supplier-independent means you do not have to purchase your building from Adacon. Adacon is a trading name of Retail ABC Ltd; technical compatibility and available support are reviewed project by project.
Used or auction building
Collection, transport and reinstallation depend on condition and technical suitability.
Imported modular building
We can review UK site works, access, positioning and connections. Customs, tax and certification advice are not included by default.
Customer-owned / relocation
Removal and redeployment can be considered once building and site requirements are known.

Turnkey, with a clearly defined scope
Looking for a turnkey modular-building solution? We can coordinate an agreed package around the building. Your quotation and responsibility schedule define the inclusions, exclusions, professional appointments and customer responsibilities.
Project coordination is not structural engineering. Structural calculations, foundation design and site-specific verification are excluded unless expressly contracted. Planning, Building Regulations and CDM duties must be assigned explicitly; no professional role is implied.
Priced around your project
Fees depend on complexity, location, duration, contractor packages and the agreed responsibilities. Where applicable, your proposal separates management fees, survey/pre-construction, site works, transport, craneage, installation, connections, professional fees, optional works and VAT.
No universal percentage, assumed costs or fixed installation price. The initial enquiry is a request for review, not a contractual quotation.
