Order and payment records, quotations, pro forma invoices and correspondence.

To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, which is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

To perform our contract with you, including processing orders and payments, arranging delivery and providing after-sales support.

To send marketing communications where you have given consent, or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting an existing business customer about similar products. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to understand how visitors use it, which is our legitimate interest.

To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Designs created in our online configurator are stored so that you can return to them and so that we can prepare an estimate.

Where you provide an email address, we link previous designs created on the same device or browser to that email address so your work is not lost.

A design access link is private to you. Please do not share it with anyone you do not wish to have access.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including a long-lived visitor identifier that keeps you signed in and preserves your saved work.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, hauliers and installers, and professional advisers.

All providers are required to keep your information confidential and process it only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We may photograph or film a unit during manufacture, delivery or installation and use those images in our portfolio and marketing.

We will not publish personal information or a precise residential address without permission.

A residential customer may ask us before delivery not to publish identifiable images of their property.

If you give us personal information about your employees, agents or contractors, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that they have been informed of this policy.

We keep enquiry and marketing records for as long as they remain relevant to our relationship with you, and until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

We keep order, contract, invoice and tax records for the period required by law, ordinarily six years plus the current financial year.

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

When you submit an enquiry or tap our phone or WhatsApp links, Google receives a conversion signal together with the ad click identifier stored in its cookie, your browser details and the page you were on. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.
