Prefabricated commercial and public-sector buildings, delivered and installed
Commercial and public-sector buyers use off-site manufacture because it removes the two things that hurt most on a live site: time and disruption. The building is manufactured while your groundworks proceed, arrives finished, and is craned into position in a matter of days. Configurations run from a single security cabin to multi-module office suites, classrooms and two-storey schemes.

What organisations buy
Offices and site offices, welfare units, toilet and shower blocks, classrooms, changing rooms, clubhouses, cafés, shops, salons, security cabins and gatehouses. All are built from the same module and specified through the same designer.
Minimal disruption on a live site
Because the building arrives complete, on-site activity is limited to the base, the lift and the connections. Schools, depots, car parks and operating sites stay usable, and there is no long run of deliveries, wet trades or waste skips.
Scale up, move, or hand back
Add modules when headcount grows, reconfigure the internal partitions, or lift the building and relocate it when the project ends. That flexibility is why off-site suits temporary accommodation and permanent facilities equally.
Procurement certainty
Pricing is per module against a written specification, so the capital cost is fixed before manufacture. Delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland is included in the quoted price.
