Adacon UK is a UK supplier of bespoke modular buildings for residential, commercial, education, hospitality, leisure and specialist applications. Its P600 modular system can be used individually, joined side by side or stacked to create buildings ranging from garden rooms and offices to homes, classrooms, clubhouses, cafés, welfare facilities and multi-storey buildings.
Garden rooms and container conversions are two of the product ranges we build within that system, not the limit of what we do.

The P600 module
The Adacon P600 modular building measures 5.9m × 2.2m (5900mm × 2200mm) externally, with an approximate usable internal size of 5.8m × 2.1m and an internal floor area of approx. 12.18 m² per module, and costs £10,750 + VAT per module. Each module can include a kitchen, toilet, shower, internal partitions, windows, doors, lighting, sockets and a consumer unit, and modules can be joined side by side or stacked to two storeys.
What we do
- • Design and supply bespoke modular buildings based on the P600 module
- • Join modules side by side and stack them to two storeys
- • Fit out modules with kitchens, WCs, showers, partitions, glazing and services in the factory
- • Deliver fitted-out buildings across UK mainland and Northern Ireland
- • Supply ready-to-order and ex-order modular units from available stock
What we do not do
- • Carry out traditional masonry construction
- • Prepare groundworks, foundations or bases — these are the customer's responsibility unless separately agreed
- • Obtain planning permission on the customer's behalf
- • Provide crane hire or site access surveys as standard — these are quoted per project where required
- • Guarantee sector-specific regulatory compliance without project-specific confirmation
