Adacon UK designs, manufactures and delivers bespoke modular buildings across the UK for residential, commercial, education, hospitality, leisure and specialist applications. Buildings are designed around the space and use required: several standard module sizes are available, modules are joined side by side or stacked to form larger buildings, and bespoke configurations are considered where a project needs them — from garden rooms and offices to homes, classrooms, clubhouses, cafés, welfare facilities and two-storey buildings.

Garden rooms and container conversions are two of the product ranges we build within that system, not the limit of what we do.

The P300, P400, P500, P600 and P700 range

Adacon modular buildings use P300, P400, P500, P600 and P700 units with external lengths of 2.9m, 3.9m, 4.9m, 5.9m and 6.9m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height. The sizes can be combined to create more tailored floor areas and building shapes, joined side by side or stacked to two storeys subject to the final project design.

Manufacturing and project experience

Adacon was established in 2001 and entered modular construction in 2015. Our production facility in Arifiye, Sakarya, Türkiye manufactures galvanised steel modular structures designed around durability, insulation, energy efficiency and practical use.

Our completed European work includes large accommodation and student housing schemes in Germany and the Netherlands. Project photographs, layouts and verified quantities are available in our completed projects collection.

Price and delivery

Every building is priced from its exact mix of modules, layout and fit-out. A prepared base, transport to site, offloading or craning, and final connection to mains services are quoted separately.

We deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Transport is quoted separately from the module price, based on distance, access and the lifting equipment required.

What the price covers

• The manufactured modules shown in your design, built to the agreed specification
• Factory fit-out selected for the module (partitions, glazing, doors, kitchen, WC or shower where specified)
• Electrical first and second fix within the module, including consumer unit
• Internal finishes, flooring and decoration

What you still need to budget for

• VAT at the prevailing rate
• A level, load-bearing base or foundation sized to the building
• Transport to site, quoted on distance and access
• Offloading, and crane or hiab attendance where access requires it
• Final connection to mains power, water and drainage by your own contractor
• Planning permission or building control fees where these apply
