What Is a P600 Modular Building?
The P600 is Adacon's core modular building unit: a complete, insulated, fitted room measuring 5.9m × 2.2m (5900mm × 2200mm) with a footprint of approx. 12.98 m². One module costs £10,750 + VAT (£12,900 inc. VAT) and arrives finished internally. Modules join side by side and stack to two storeys, so the same unit becomes a garden room, a site office, a shower block or a café.
What is included as standard
The quoted per-module price covers a finished room rather than a shell. Most items other suppliers list as upgrades are part of the standard build, which is why the price is quoted per module instead of as a long options list.

What can be fitted inside a module
Within the same footprint, a module can be specified as a plain open room or fitted out with services. The internal arrangement is set at design stage using the online builder or by talking to us.

How modules combine
Modules join side by side to form larger open or partitioned spaces, and can be stacked to two storeys as part of an appropriately designed configuration. Two modules side by side give approximately 25.96 m²; four modules give approximately 51.92 m², arranged in a run, in an L, or over two storeys with an internal staircase.
