Modular offices give you usable floor area quickly, on your own land, without a traditional build programme. Because P600 modules join side by side and stack, the same system covers a single office and a complete two-storey office building.

A single self-contained room — the most common starting point.
2 modules — approx. 26 m²
Two P600s joined side by side to make one open space, or split into two rooms.
4 modules — approx. 52 m²
A larger facility, arranged in a run or in an L, on one level or over two storeys.
Common questions
How many people fit in a modular office?
As a working rule, a single 13 m² module suits two to three desks comfortably. Two joined modules suit four to six. We plan the exact layout with you before order.
Can modular offices be two storeys?
Yes. Modules stack, with internal, external or covered external stairs. Two-storey arrangements need a specific foundation and structural review, confirmed at quotation.
Do they include toilets and a kitchen?
They can. A WC and tea point can be built into one module of a run, subject to water and drainage on site.
Is it cheaper than a traditional extension?
Costs vary by site, but modular is usually faster and more predictable because the majority of the build happens off site. We give a fixed quotation before order.
Can the office be relocated later?
Yes. Modules can be lifted and moved, which is one reason temporary and project offices suit this system.
What about building regulations?
Requirements depend on the use, the site and whether the building is permanent. We supply specification information to support your application; the approval itself is project-specific.
