A garden office needs to be quiet, warm and properly wired — a room you can take a video call in on a February morning. Our P600 modules arrive insulated, plastered, lit and socketed, so the only work left on site is the final electrical connection.

1 module — approx. 13 m²
A single self-contained room — the most common starting point.
2 modules — approx. 26 m²
Two P600s joined side by side to make one open space, or split into two rooms.
4 modules — approx. 52 m²
A larger facility, arranged in a run or in an L, on one level or over two storeys.
Common questions
Can I run a business from a garden office?
Many people do. If you have customers visiting, staff on site or signage, check with your local authority — that can change the planning position and business rates treatment.
How much power does it have?
Multiple double sockets and LED lighting are standard. The unit is supplied ready for connection to your house consumer unit by a qualified electrician.
Is broadband a problem down the garden?
Usually not. Most customers run an armoured Cat6 alongside the power feed, or use a mesh access point. We can pre-install the data containment.
Will it be warm enough in winter?
Yes — insulated walls, floor and roof plus double glazing mean a small heater or air conditioning unit is normally enough.
Can I add a WC or kitchenette?
Yes, where drainage allows. It is worth deciding early because it affects the internal layout and first fix.
Does it add value to the property?
We don't make valuation claims. What we can say is that a fully insulated, fitted, permanent-feeling room is treated very differently to a timber shed.
