Modular Building Sizes Explained

Adacon works from a single module size. One P600 measures 5.9m × 2.2m (5900mm × 2200mm) and gives approx. 12.98 m². Larger buildings are made by joining modules side by side or stacking them, so sizing a project is a question of how many modules you need rather than which product to pick.

How to size a building

Work from occupancy and function rather than from a square-metre target. A single module comfortably takes a two to four person office, a WC and shower block, or a garden room. Once you need separate rooms, circulation or facilities for more than a handful of people, you are into multiple modules.

Keeping numbers consistent

Every dimension quoted across this site, the builder and our quotations comes from the same figures: 5900mm × 2200mm, approx. 12.98 m², £10,750 + VAT per module. If you see a number elsewhere that contradicts these, these are the correct ones.
