Can Modular Buildings Include Kitchens?
Yes. A P600 module can be fitted with anything from a small tea point to a full canteen kitchen or a café servery. Units, worktop, sink, plumbing, sockets and extraction are installed during manufacture, so the module arrives ready to connect rather than needing a second fit-out trade on site.

Three common levels of kitchen
Choosing the right level early avoids paying for capacity that never gets used.
- Tea point — sink, worktop, a run of units, sockets for a kettle and microwave
- Canteen kitchen — larger run of units, appliance space, seating in the adjoining space
- Servery or commercial kitchen — extended worktop, extraction, multiple appliance circuits and a serving arrangement
Cafés and serving windows
For retail and hospitality use, a module can be fitted with a drive-through style sliding serving window at standing height with an external counter shelf, so customers are served without entering the building.
Services
Hot and cold water, waste, extraction and dedicated circuits are designed in at layout stage. Grease management and any commercial catering requirements are confirmed for the specific use.
