Modular Cafés & Coffee Units
A café unit is a working kitchen with a shopfront attached. Everything depends on the serving line: where customers queue, where the barista stands, and where water, waste and power land behind the counter.

Hire Modular Cafés in the UK
Need modular cafés for a fixed period? Hire it instead of buying. Adacon manufactures the building to your layout and hands it over on hire terms, then collects it when you no longer need it — with the same quality, fit-out and design freedom as a purchase.
Hire terms are flexible — tell us how long you need the unit and we will confirm the rate for that period.

Designed around the serving line
We set the serving opening first, then work backwards: counter position, equipment run, water and waste, and the staff route in and out. Glazing goes where it draws customers in without exposing the prep area.
- Serving hatch or lift-up canopy at counter height
- Counter and equipment run with dedicated power circuits
- Water supply and waste for sink, dishwash and coffee machine
- Extract provision where hot food is prepared
- Wipe-clean food-safe wall and floor finishes
- Optional second module for seating, storage or a customer WC
