Modular Clubhouses
A clubhouse is several buildings in one: changing rooms, a social space, a servery and WCs. Building it from linked modules lets a club start with what it can fund now and add the rest later without rebuilding.

Common questions
Can we build the clubhouse in phases?
Yes — that is one of the main reasons clubs choose modular. Each phase is a complete, usable building on its own.
Can it include a bar and kitchen?
Yes. Our bar and kitchen units include a granite worktop, sink, cabinets and a lift-up serving canopy, and can be linked into the clubhouse run.
Is it suitable for a padel or tennis facility?
Yes — reception, changing and a social space in a single run is a common padel club arrangement.
What about licensing for a club bar?
Licensing is handled by the club with the local authority. We build the servery to your agreed specification.
Can we get changing rooms for two teams?
Yes, with separate entrances and no internal connection between home and away sides.
How is it funded?
Clubs commonly phase the build or use grant funding. We can quote by phase to support a funding application.
