Can Modular Buildings Include Toilets and Showers?
Yes. Adacon P600 modules can be configured with toilets, showers, wash basins, internal partitions and the associated plumbing and electrical systems. These can sit inside a single module alongside other space, occupy a whole module as a dedicated sanitary block, or be repeated across several modules for higher capacity.

How the space is divided depends on the number of users and whether the facility is public, workforce or domestic.
- Single WC within an office or garden room module
- WC and shower combined in one module for site welfare
- Dedicated toilet block with multiple cubicles and a wash trough
- Shower block with a wet zone, dry changing zone and benching
- Accessible provision, specified at design stage
Services and connections
Internal plumbing, drainage runs and electrics are installed in the factory. Connection to incoming water, foul drainage and power is done on site — either into mains services, or into tanks and a pump-out arrangement where mains connections are not available.
Ventilation and finishes
Wet areas are finished with wipe-clean surfaces and mechanical extraction, which matters far more in a shower block used by a full workforce than in an occasional-use WC.
