Flat Roof Modular Buildings
The flat roof is the standard profile. It keeps the building low, reads as contemporary rather than domestic, and is what makes roof terraces possible on stacked arrangements.

Low, contemporary and stackable
A flat roof keeps the overall height down, which matters on sites with height restrictions or overlooking concerns. It is also the only profile that lets you form a usable terrace on the roof of a ground-floor module.
- Lowest overall building height
- Contemporary, commercial appearance
- Required for roof terraces over ground-floor modules
- Simplest option for stacked arrangements
- Suits deep fascias and crisp cladding lines
- Standard profile — no roof upgrade needed
Typical arrangements
Single flat-roof room — office, kiosk or garden room.
Flat-roof building with a crisp continuous fascia line.
Stacked, with a terrace over the exposed ground module.
