A roof terrace only exists where the stacking leaves a ground-floor module exposed, so it is planned with the arrangement rather than added afterwards. Balustrade runs to every open edge and access comes from the first floor.

The sizes can be combined to create more tailored floor areas and building shapes, joined side by side or stacked to two storeys subject to the final project design.
