Sizes come from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined to the footprint you need.

Can I hire an office with a meeting room and kitchen?
Yes. Partitions, meeting rooms, kitchenettes and break-out areas are agreed before manufacture, so the hire unit has the rooms you actually need.
How quickly can a hired office be on site?
It depends on the layout and fit-out, since the building is manufactured rather than taken from a fleet. Tell us your required date and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
Is a hired office warm enough to work in all year?
Yes. The units are insulated with heating included as part of the specification, which is the main difference between a modular office and a site cabin.
Can I extend the hire or keep the office afterwards?
Extensions are possible in principle; tell us the period you need at the outset so terms are set for it. If you think you may keep it, ask us about purchase as well.
