Dual-Pitch Roof Modular Buildings
A dual-pitch roof runs a ridge along the building with a slope either side — the profile most people picture when they think of a house. It needs a cluster of at least two modules joined along their long sides.

A full ridged roof over a cluster
Because the ridge needs width to work, dual-pitch is available on clusters of two or more modules joined along their long sides. The ridge orientation is chosen so the gable faces the direction you want it to.
- Ridge with a slope to each side
- Requires a cluster of at least two joined modules
- Ridge orientation selectable at design stage
- Strongest residential appearance available
- Priced from a base plus a per-additional-module rate
- Combines with timber-effect cladding and full-height glazing
