A hired modular café is insulated, lit, wired and finished like a permanent unit. The serving hatch, counter and customer frontage are laid out around the way you trade.

Sizes come from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined to the footprint you need.

Questions people ask about cafés & kiosks hire
Do you supply the coffee machine and catering equipment?
No. We design and build the café around your equipment list and coordinate the power, water and waste it needs. The equipment itself comes from you or your supplier.
Can a hired café have a serving hatch and seating?
Yes. Serving hatches, counters, glazing and a seating area are agreed before manufacture, so the unit is laid out for the way you actually serve.
Is a hired modular café suitable for year-round trading?
Yes. Unlike an uninsulated kiosk, it is insulated and heated like a permanent building, so it can trade through winter.
