Timber-Effect Modular Buildings
Timber-effect cladding is the finish that makes a modular building read as a garden room rather than a cabin. It is chosen wall by wall, so you can run timber on the elevations that are seen and something plainer elsewhere.

Chosen wall by wall
Cladding style and colour are set per wall rather than for the whole building. That lets a garden room match the house on the visible sides, or a commercial unit carry branding on the frontage and a plain finish at the rear.
- Timber-effect finish without timber maintenance
- Style and colour selected per wall
- Mixes with smooth, vertical and horizontal profiles
- Warms up an otherwise contemporary building
- Common on garden rooms, annexes and lodges
- Previewed as you design in the builder
Typical arrangements
Garden room with timber-effect on the visible elevations.
Annexe with timber front and plain rear.
Lodge or clubhouse with a full timber-effect exterior.
