Modular Prayer Rooms, Multi-Faith Rooms & Wudu Facilities
A good prayer facility is quiet, clean and easy to reach, with washing provision close by. Adacon builds modular prayer rooms, multi-faith rooms and wudu areas from P300, P400 and P600 modules, as a standalone building or as one room within a larger welfare, office or school building. A common layout combines a prayer room, a WC and a dedicated wudu area in one building, with separate entrances if required.

Where modular prayer and multi-faith rooms are used
The same building system is configured differently for each setting. A workplace may need a small quiet room; a mosque may need overflow prayer space and a high-use ablution block.
- Workplace prayer and quiet rooms
- School, college and university multi-faith rooms
- Hospital prayer and reflection facilities
- Mosque and Islamic centre overflow space or extensions
- Construction-site prayer rooms alongside welfare cabins
- Standalone wudu and ablution blocks
Prayer room + WC + dedicated wudu area
We plan the rooms around how people move between them: arrive, wash, pray. The wudu area has its own floor drainage and hygienic wall panels, the prayer room is kept dry and separate, and the WC sits off the washing area rather than the prayer space.
- Dedicated wudu area with multiple washing positions and floor drainage
- Hygienic waterproof wall panels in wet areas
- WC and optional accessible WC
- Instant hot water to washing positions
- Ventilation and heating
- Separate entrances or partitioned areas where required
- Ordinary drainage and water connections made on site
