Modular Workshop & Maintenance Buildings
A workshop is judged on what you can get through the door, what the floor will take and whether the power and ventilation suit the work. Joined P600 modules give you a clear, insulated, lit and powered working space with a staff WC and tea point in the same run — and where a requirement goes beyond what the standard module can carry, we take it through our bespoke design route instead of pretending otherwise.

Set out around the work, the access and the services
We start with what has to come in and out — a vehicle, a machine, pallets — then set the door type and position around it. Modules are joined to give one clear working span rather than a row of separate rooms, with the bench, storage and staff areas planned off to one side.
- Wide personnel, double or roller access doors where the structure allows
- Joined modules for one clear working area rather than separate cells
- Floor loading reviewed against machinery, benches and vehicle weight
- Three-phase or heavy single-phase provision and distribution planning
- Extraction and ventilation provision for fumes, dust or welding
- Bench runs, tool boards, racking and secure parts storage
- Staff WC, wash-up and tea point built into the same run
- Insulation, LED lighting and heating for year-round working

What's available for a workshops & maintenance
Large clear spans, heavy floor loadings, crane or lifting provision, spray booths and hazardous-process ventilation go beyond a standard module. Where your requirement needs that, we assess it through our bespoke design service and confirm what is achievable before quoting rather than making a blanket claim.
