Our modules arrive insulated, plastered, floored and glazed, and can be configured with a shower room, kitchenette and a terrace so a unit is ready to let with minimal work on site. Parks and landowners often come to us looking for an alternative to a static caravan, or for static caravan replacement across ageing pitches, because the layout is configured rather than chosen from a model range. Configured for guests, turnaround and the view
Guest units are planned around the outlook and the housekeeping route. Glazing and the terrace face the best aspect, the shower room sits on the services wall, and finishes are chosen for fast, hard-wearing turnaround between lets.

Adacon modular buildings use P300, P400 and P600 units with external lengths of 2.9m, 3.9m and 5.9m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height. The sizes can be combined to create more tailored floor areas and building shapes, joined side by side or stacked to two storeys subject to the final project design.
