If you need usable space for a defined period rather than a building you own, Adacon manufactures a modular building to your layout and hands it over on hire terms — from a few weeks to several years. The same P300, P400 and P600 units, the same factory fit-out, the same two-storey capability as a purchased building.
Hire terms are flexible — tell us how long you need the unit and we will confirm the rate for that period.

Hire or buy — which suits you?
Hire usually wins when the need has an end date, when the site may change, or when you would rather not resell an asset afterwards. Purchase usually wins when the need is open-ended, when the building will be fitted out heavily, or when long hire periods accumulate against something you could own. We will show you both figures if the answer is not obvious.
Every hire building is manufactured from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m — a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined side by side or stacked to two storeys.
Delivery and collection for hire are quoted separately, based on distance, site access and the lifting equipment required. The same policy applies to purchase: We deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Transport is quoted separately from the module price, based on distance, access and the lifting equipment required.

Buildings designed to be incorporated permanently — such as in-building washroom pods or a plant room built into a structure — are available to purchase rather than hire, because they cannot be recovered afterwards.
