Modular Classroom Hire
Teaching still has to happen when pupil numbers rise, a block is condemned or a rebuild takes a wing out of use. A hired modular classroom is a proper teaching space: insulated, heated, well lit and finished inside. It is built to your room sizes and goes back when the permanent rooms are ready.
Hire terms are flexible — tell us how long you need the unit and we will confirm the rate for that period.

Primary and secondary schools, academy trusts, colleges, nurseries, local authorities and contractors running school rebuild or refurbishment programmes.

Sizes come from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined to the footprint you need.

Questions people ask about classrooms hire
Can hired classrooms include toilets?
Yes. Toilets, accessible WCs, cloakrooms and hand-wash points can be built into the layout, so pupils don't need to cross the site.
Can installation happen in the school holidays?
Tell us when you need the rooms and any access restrictions. Wherever it's achievable, we plan manufacture and delivery around your timetable.
Are hired classrooms warm enough for winter teaching?
Yes. They are insulated and heated as standard, which is the key difference from an uninsulated cabin.
Can we extend the hire if the rebuild overruns?
Extensions are possible in principle. Tell us the expected period at the outset so the terms are set for it.
