Modular Gym Hire

Keep members training while your main gym is refurbished, add strength-and-conditioning space for a club season, or test a new studio before committing. A hired modular gym is an insulated, heated and ventilated building with open floor space laid out around your equipment.

Hire terms are flexible — tell us how long you need the unit and we will confirm the rate for that period.

    Hire or buy?

    Hire makes sense when

    • —Your main facility is out of use for a known period
    • —You are testing demand before investing
    • —Club funding covers a season rather than a building

    Buying makes sense when

    • —The gym will run on your land for many years
    • —You want a permanent, branded fit-out
    • —Long hire periods would add up to more than owning

If you are not sure, tick the comparison box below and we will price both for the period you need.
