Temporary Modular Building Hire
If you need usable space for a fixed period and do not want to buy it, Adacon can manufacture a modular building to your layout and hand it over for hire. The same P300, P400 and P600 units, the same factory fit-out, the same two-storey capability — but on hire terms, collected and returned when you no longer need it.
Hire terms are flexible — tell us how long you need the unit and we will confirm the rate for that period.
Who hires temporary buildings
Contractors, schools, local authorities, sports clubs, site teams and event operators who need a building for a defined period — a programme, a rebuild, a season, a planning window — and would rather not own it afterwards.

- —The fit-out you specify: kitchen, toilet, shower, partitions, serving window
- —P300, P400 and P600 units joined to your footprint, up to two storeys
Where it needs to stand
- —A level, load-bearing standing sized to the building
- —An access route for the delivery vehicle and the lifting equipment
- —Connections to power, water and drainage where the layout needs them
- —Any planning or building-control requirements for the period, which we flag
Sizes come from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined to the footprint you need.

How long can you hire a modular building for?
From a few weeks to several years. Tell us the period you need and we will confirm terms for it — very long periods are usually worth comparing against purchase, and we will show you both.
Can the building be made to my layout?
Yes. Hire units are manufactured from the same modular range as purchased buildings, so the mix of units, internal partitions, doors, windows and fit-out are agreed with you before manufacture.
What happens when the hire ends?
The building is craned off the same way it arrived and collected. You are left with the standing and any services you chose to keep.
Is a hired building any different in quality?
No. It is built to the same specification as a purchased one — the difference is how long you keep it and how you pay for it.
