Adacon builds them from modular units, so the cabin can be the size and specification you need — a single secure room, a booking office, a training room or a combined welfare unit — for as long as the site lasts.

Sizes come from the modular range: P300 2.9m × 2.2m, P400 3.9m × 2.2m, P600 5.9m × 2.2m, a common 2.2m width and 2.40m external / 2.16m internal height, joined to the footprint you need.

What is the difference between a hired cabin and a modular office?
Both are built from the same modular units. A cabin is usually a smaller, simpler specification for one task; a modular office is a larger layout with meeting and break-out rooms.
Can a hired cabin be used as a manned security post?
Yes. Windows, doors and visibility are positioned for the task, and the layout can include a WC or kitchenette for a long shift.
Does a portable cabin need planning permission?

Can the cabin be left on site over winter?
Yes. The units are insulated and specified for year-round UK use, with heating included.
