Modular Nursery & Early-Years Buildings
A nursery building has to work for very small children and for the adults supervising them at the same time: low sinks and WCs, clear sightlines across the room, a controlled front door, and a direct route out to the play area. Our P600 modules are configured around that, so the same system covers one extra preschool room and a complete childcare setting with staff space, kitchen and WCs.

Configured around early-years supervision and daily routine
We start with the playroom and work outwards — where the children come in, where the coats and buggies go, where staff can see the whole room from, and how the room opens onto the outdoor area. Sanitary provision, nappy-changing and the kitchen are then placed so staff are never far from the room they are supervising.
- Open playroom with clear sightlines and no hidden corners
- Child-height WCs, low-level basins and nappy-changing area
- Controlled entry lobby with buggy and coat storage
- Wide doors direct onto a fenced outdoor play area
- Kitchen or milk-prep area with hot water and a separate staff sink
- Staff room, office and lockable records and medicine storage
- Ventilation, daylight and quiet acoustics planned for a full group of children
- Accessible access and an accessible WC where required
