This configuration links two steel-framed P600 modules in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Together, they create a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint with approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external height of each module is approximately 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

Window and door arrangement
Module 1 has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window along its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have one large window.
Module 2 has a small window, a large window and a second small window along its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each contain one large window. These specified openings apply to this stored configuration, although their final detailing is confirmed through the quotation and layout process.
Teak external finish and apex roof
The exposed outside walls are finished between the frame with ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Teak. The vertical boards cover Module 1’s north, east and west walls, together with Module 2’s east, south and west walls. This selected applied finish gives the exposed elevations a consistent vertical treatment around the wide layout.
A dual-pitch apex roof completes the external design. The configured estimate does not publicly itemise the cladding cost; all final external details and associated pricing are confirmed in the project quotation.
Requested kitchenette and WC
