Compact extra space for the garden
This configured P600 is a single-module, single-storey garden room for homeowners who want additional living space outside the main house. Its overall footprint is 5.9 m x 2.2 m, with approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7 m x 2.0 m, providing a practical space for relaxing, hobbies, home working or general day-to-day use.
The module is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling. As this design uses one module, there are no linked or stacked sections. Further information about this type of space is available on the garden rooms page.
Windows and glazed access
The stored configuration includes glazing across all four exposed walls. The north-facing 5.9 m side has one large window positioned with a small window on either side. The south-facing 5.9 m side has a single glazed door with a large window on each side.
Both 2.2 m end walls have full-size windows: one on the east wall and one on the west wall. Together, these openings are intended to create a bright interior with views in several directions. Their precise detailing and the final arrangement should be checked and confirmed in the quotation and final layout.
Jet Black exterior and curved roof
All four outside walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005, with a smooth finish. This finish applies to the north, east, south and west walls of the module. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised publicly.
The design has a barrel-curved shepherd-hut roof with curved end fascia set flush to the walls. It is paired with a raised, footprint-matched wheeled chassis and an A-frame tow hitch. This roof-and-chassis upgrade is included in the calculated design estimate. The presence of wheels and a tow hitch should not be taken as confirmation of road-going suitability or any particular transport method.
Requested kitchenette and WC
A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this garden room, but their positions and final specifications remain to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. The proposal should therefore be reviewed before ordering to establish how these facilities are arranged within the available single-module interior.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included unless expressly specified in the final quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £18,900 excluding VAT, or £22,680 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final details. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, with access, levels, ground conditions and the proposed position all requiring consideration. The module should not be assumed suitable for a particular route or location until these factors have been assessed. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator.
