Compact workspace configuration

This P600 garden office uses one steel-framed module in a single-storey layout. Its footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing approx. 11.40 m² usable internal area before partitions for a focused home workspace or small-business office.

Windows, door and terrace

The north-facing 5.9m side has two large windows. The opposite south-facing side combines a single glazed door with two large windows. Each 2.2m end wall has one full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.

A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building. Its relationship to the glazed entrance and surrounding site will need to be checked against the final layout, access conditions and surveyed location.

External panels and roof

All four outside walls are selected with standard insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010. The panels have a smooth finish and are installed vertically. This same selected treatment applies to the north, east, south and west walls of the module.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. External cladding and final construction details remain subject to the project quotation.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested for confirmation in the final internal layout. Its position, dimensions and effect on the remaining office area must therefore be agreed during quotation rather than treated as a fixed room arrangement.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. If the final design incorporates the requested toilet room, that space requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These requirements should not be taken as confirmation of a particular hygienic-panel style, colour or detailed flooring selection.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades but are not included claims for this stored configuration. Those details, together with fixtures and final finishes, are confirmed in the quotation. The design can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £15,060 excluding VAT, or £18,072 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final WC layout, terrace arrangement, finishes and site requirements.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Suitable vehicle access, lifting requirements, ground conditions, levels and the proposed position must be assessed before the final quotation. The building and covered terrace are therefore subject to survey and confirmation that the site can accommodate the selected configuration.
