How much does a modular office cost?
A modular office costs £10,750 + VAT per module, so a one-room office is £10,750 + VAT and an office for around 20 staff with a WC and tea point is typically six to eight modules at £64,500–£86,000 + VAT. Base, transport, offloading and service connections are quoted separately.
Offices are the most common thing we build, from a single room in a yard to a two-storey block inside a warehouse. Because modules join side by side and stack, you can size the building to the headcount rather than the other way round.

Each module can include a kitchen, toilet, shower, internal partitions, windows, doors, lighting, sockets and a consumer unit, and modules can be joined side by side or stacked to two storeys.
