A clear, linear layout for site control

This configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. The completed building has an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and provides approximately 24 m² of internal floor area. Its long, narrow form is well suited to entrance lanes, perimeter positions and other locations where security staff need broad external visibility without taking up unnecessary site space. Module 1 layout

Module 1 forms the western half of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall contains two large windows, giving staff a wide view along that side of the cabin. The south-facing wall has one single glazed entrance door, providing direct access into the building. A full-size window is fitted in the exposed 2.2m western end wall, extending visibility towards approaching traffic, pedestrians or a controlled entrance point.

Module 2 layout

Module 2 continues the run to the east. Two large windows are fitted along its north-facing 5.9m wall, maintaining the extended sightline created by Module 1. The south-facing wall also has two large windows, providing observation in the opposite direction. At the exposed eastern end, a full-size window gives a clear outward view from the end of the building. Together, the two modules provide four large windows on the north elevation, two on the south elevation and one full-size window at each end.

Entrance, exterior and roof finish

The single glazed door is positioned on the south wall of Module 1. This arrangement keeps access concentrated at one end of the working space while leaving the remaining exposed walls available for windows. The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia gives the cabin a restrained, modern profile suitable for operational sites, managed car parks and distribution-centre entrances.

Internal fit-out

The building is supplied to Adacon’s full fit-out standard and this configuration includes a WC. The internal space can support security and site-control duties such as monitoring arrivals, checking documentation and managing access. Buyers requiring a different P600 arrangement can review options through the P600 configurator.

Price and scope

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the two-module, single-storey building with the stated Dark grey exterior, flat roof, glazed entrance door, specified window arrangement and WC fit-out.

Typical lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme is confirmed for each order and may depend on the final specification, site information, delivery arrangements and installation requirements. Delivery and installation planning should be agreed early, particularly where access must be coordinated around live traffic routes or security operations.

Siting requirements

The cabin requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with clear access for delivery and installation. The available route must be assessed for vehicle access, unloading space, overhead restrictions and safe working areas. Required service connections for the WC must also be identified before installation. Ground conditions, drainage, utility routes and any other site-specific requirements should be established during the site review and allowed for in the separate quotation.
