This single-storey P600 security cabin uses one 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed module, providing approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. It is configured for sites, car parks and distribution centres where security staff need a dedicated base for monitoring arrivals, controlling access and supporting day-to-day site control. The compact footprint keeps the accommodation contained within one module, without the additional space or installation requirements of a multi-module building.

Layout and visibility

Module 1 forms the complete ground-floor layout. On the exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, two large windows provide a broad outward view. Each 2.2m end wall also has a full-size window: one to the east and one to the west. Together, these openings support visibility in three directions, making the arrangement particularly practical when the cabin is positioned beside an entrance, gate line or vehicle route.

A single glazed door is fitted in the exposed south wall, on the opposite 5.9m side. This gives the cabin its sole entrance while adding further glazing to the elevation. The exact orientation on site should be planned around pedestrian movement, vehicle flow and the position from which staff need to observe and manage access.

External finish

The exterior is finished in smooth black cladding, giving this small operational building a clean, understated appearance. Above it, a flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and compact. The black finish can sit comfortably in commercial, logistics and parking environments where buyers want a security cabin that looks deliberate rather than temporary.

Internal fit-out

The module is supplied to a full fit-out standard and includes a WC within the single layout. This creates a dedicated staff base within the stated floor area while retaining the outward visibility provided by the window arrangement. No additional rooms, modules or upper storey are included in this configuration.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT (£12,900 including VAT) for the standard fitted specification. This covers the one-module P600 building in the configuration described, including its black external finish, listed door and windows, flat roof with slim fascia, internal fit-out and WC. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately.

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. Programme timing is confirmed against the chosen specification, site location and installation requirements, so buyers should allow for site preparation and any required service arrangements alongside the building lead time. Siting and site preparation

Before delivery, the site needs a suitable prepared, level base for the 5.9m x 2.2m module. There must also be adequate access for delivery and installation, with the final position checked against boundaries, traffic routes, gates and safe pedestrian circulation. Ground conditions and access constraints should be assessed before the installation date.

Because this layout includes a WC, the required site service connection and drainage arrangement must be established for the chosen position. These items are site-specific and sit outside the indicative building price. Buyers should also confirm any permissions and local site requirements that apply to their location.
