A practical base for access control
This P600 configuration is a compact, single-storey security cabin designed for the Security & Site Control sector. Its 5.9m x 2.2m footprint provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area, giving security and gatehouse personnel a dedicated working space without requiring a multi-module building.

Single-module layout
The building consists of one steel-framed P600 module arranged over the ground floor only. The interior uses a single layout and includes a WC, allowing the cabin to operate as a self-contained workplace rather than an unfitted shell.
The specified openings are distributed across all four exposed walls:
- North elevation: two large windows along the 5.9m side.
- East elevation: one large window in the 2.2m end wall.
- South elevation: two small windows with a single glazed door between them.
- West elevation: one large window in the 2.2m end wall.
The single glazed door forms the building entrance. The combination of two large windows to the north, large windows at both ends and two smaller windows around the south-facing door gives personnel views in every direction. No additional doors or windows form part of this configuration.
External finish and internal fit-out
The exterior is finished in smooth dark grey cladding, giving the cabin a straightforward appearance suited to operational entrances, checkpoints and controlled yards. Above it, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia to keep the roofline compact.
Internally, the module is supplied to the standard fitted specification and includes a WC. The indicative price relates to this defined configuration, including the module, specified cladding, flat roof, listed door and window arrangement, and internal WC fit-out.
Price and programme
The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately because transport, access, preparation and connection requirements vary by location.
Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on order confirmation, specification approval, delivery planning and site readiness. Alternative P600 arrangements can be explored using the P600 configurator, although changes may affect price and lead time.
Siting requirements
The site must be ready to receive the 5.9m x 2.2m module, with suitable delivery and lifting access agreed in advance. The supporting base and groundworks must be appropriate for the site conditions and completed before installation. Any required service connections for the WC, along with other location-specific works, should be identified during planning and included in the separate site quotation.
