    A practical eight-module sports facility

    This configuration uses eight steel-framed P600 modules linked in a grid to create a single-storey building measuring 17.7m x 6.6m overall. It provides approx. 91.20 m² usable internal area before partitions for club changing operations, together with WC and shower facilities. It is designed for football, rugby and cricket clubs seeking permanent-quality modular changing rooms supplied, delivered and installed as a coordinated modular building.

    Module-by-module layout

    The external openings are distributed around the exposed walls to provide daylight, privacy and a clearly defined entrance. The specified arrangement is as follows:

    • Module 1 has two small windows and a single glazed entrance door on its north-facing 5.9m wall, plus a high-level top-only window on the west end.
    • Module 2 has three small windows along its exposed north-facing wall.
    • Module 3 has three small north-facing windows and a high-level top-only window on its east end.
    • Module 4 has one high-level top-only window on its exposed west end.
    • Module 5 has no exposed exterior wall or external opening in this grid layout.
    • Module 6 has a high-level top-only window on its east end and three small windows along its south-facing wall.
    • Module 7 has three small south-facing windows and a high-level top-only window on its west end.
    • Module 8 has three small south-facing windows and a high-level top-only window on its east end.

    Across the complete building, the configuration includes one glazed external door, 17 small windows and six high-level top-only windows. The high-level end windows are particularly appropriate where daylight is needed without using a full-height opening.

    External finish and roof

    The exterior is finished with vertical cladding in Dark grey, giving the building a consistent appearance on all exposed elevations. A dual-pitch apex roof sits above the single-storey grid, creating a more conventional roof profile than a standard flat-roof modular arrangement.

    Internal fit-out

    The building is supplied to the standard fitted specification for this configuration. The internal provision includes a WC and shower, supporting its intended use as a sports changing facility. The linked modular format creates approximately 97 m² of usable internal space, while the door and window schedule provides a controlled balance of access, natural light and privacy.

    Price and scope

    The indicative price is £114,600 excluding VAT, or £137,520 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the eight-module building with the specified Dark grey cladding, apex roof, external door and window arrangement, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are quoted separately.

    Programme and site preparation

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to project confirmation and final specification. The P300/P400/P600 modular range can also be reviewed and developed through the P600 configurator where project requirements need further consideration.

    The site must have a suitable prepared supporting base and adequate access for delivery and installation equipment. Connections for the WC and shower, including water supply, drainage and any other required services, need to be assessed for the individual location.
