    A five-module grid layout

    This configuration uses five linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged in a grid within an overall footprint of 17.7m x 4.4m. The completed building is single storey and provides approximately 57 m² of internal floor area. It is designed for use as modular changing rooms within the Sport & Leisure sector, particularly for football, rugby and cricket clubs.

    Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m. Linking the modules creates a larger internal facility while retaining a modular structure that can be manufactured, transported and assembled efficiently.

    • Module 1 forms the principal entrance elevation. Its exposed north wall has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows. The exposed west end has two further small windows.
    • Module 2 has two top-only, high-level windows on its exposed north wall. These bring daylight into the building while maintaining privacy at a lower level.
    • Module 3 has two top-only, high-level windows on the north wall and another two on the south wall. Its exposed east end contains two small windows.
    • Module 4 has two top-only, high-level windows along the exposed south wall. Two small windows are also fitted to its exposed west end.
    • Module 5 completes the arrangement with two small windows on its exposed east end and two top-only, high-level windows on the south wall.

    External finish and fitted facilities

    The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the building a clean, neutral appearance suited to club grounds and leisure sites. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the external specification. The combination of small end windows and high-level side windows provides natural light across the configuration without relying on full-height glazing.

    The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supporting the building’s intended changing-room use. The exact internal organisation can be confirmed during the design process, but the quoted configuration is based on the five-module arrangement, listed openings and fitted sanitary facilities described here.     Price and programme

    The indicative price is £60,250 excluding VAT, or £72,300 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price covers the configured five-module building with its smooth cladding, dual-pitch roof, specified doors and windows, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and site requirements are known.

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final design approval, manufacturing capacity and site readiness. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

    Preparing the site

    The building requires suitable prepared foundations, clear delivery and lifting access, and appropriate connections for the WC, shower and other required services. Ground conditions, drainage routes, utility availability and vehicle access should be assessed before delivery. Any required planning approvals must also be addressed. Foundation design, groundworks, service connections and other site-specific works are assessed and priced separately for the individual site.
