Five-module layout and capacity

This configuration uses five 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules in a single-storey grid layout. The overall footprint is 17.7m x 4.4m, with approximately 61 m² of internal floor area. The linked modules create a practical modular changing room for football, rugby and cricket clubs.

The building includes a WC and shower within the fitted internal space. Its five-module format gives clubs more usable room than a basic two- or three-module facility while retaining the controlled dimensions and installation process of the P600 system.

Doors and windows by module

Module 1 forms the north-west part of the arrangement. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. The exposed 2.2m west end has two further small windows, bringing natural light into this end of the building.

Module 2 continues along the north elevation. Its exposed 5.9m wall contains two top-only, high-level windows. These provide daylight while limiting direct views into the changing area.

Module 3 has two top-only, high-level windows on its north wall and two more on its exposed south wall. Its exposed 2.2m east end contains two small windows. This gives the module window coverage on three external elevations without adding another external door.

Module 4 has two top-only, high-level windows on its exposed south wall and two small windows on the west end. Module 5 completes the specified layout with two small windows on its exposed east end and two top-only, high-level windows along the south wall.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. The dark, consistent finish gives the building a straightforward appearance suited to club grounds, training facilities and other Sport & Leisure sites.

Indicative price and programme

The indicative price is £60,250 excluding VAT, or £72,300 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the five-module building configuration and its stated fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately after the site and access requirements have been reviewed.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the final specification, order schedule and project requirements. The layout can be reviewed using the P600 configurator, but any changes to this exact arrangement may affect the price and programme.

Site preparation and access

The site must provide suitable prepared foundations or groundworks, safe access for module delivery and sufficient working space for unloading and installation. Service connections for the WC and shower must be planned around the chosen position. Planning requirements, drainage, utility routes and any site constraints should be established before manufacture; these works are assessed and priced separately for each location.
