Configured footprint and arrangement

This configuration combines five P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid layout. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m by 4.4m and approximately 61 m² of internal floor area. The connected modules form practical modular changing rooms for football, rugby and cricket clubs.

The five modules are arranged across a grid measuring three module lengths by two module widths. Internal connections create a combined floor plate, while the specified external walls provide the entrance and window arrangement. The layout includes WC and shower facilities as part of the internal fit-out.

Module-by-module openings

The doors and windows are positioned on the exposed north, south, east and west elevations as follows:

Module 1: The north-facing 5.9m wall has a small window, a double-leaf glazed door and a second small window. The west-facing 2.2m end has two small windows.
Module 2: The north-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows, spaced across the exposed elevation.
Module 3: The north and south 5.9m walls each have three small windows. The east-facing 2.2m end has two small windows.
Module 4: The south-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows, while the west-facing 2.2m end has two.
Module 5: The south-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows. Its east-facing 2.2m end has two small windows.

Across the complete building, the configuration provides one double-leaf glazed entrance door and 25 small windows. This distributes natural light around every exposed elevation without adding openings that are not required by the selected layout.

External finish

The exterior is finished in Dark grey vertical cladding, giving the building a consistent appearance on all exposed walls. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline clean and restrained. The single-storey format is suitable where clubs need an accessible ground-floor facility without the scale of a stacked building.

WC and shower fit-out

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower within the building. These facilities make the configuration directly relevant to sports and leisure use, where changing accommodation needs supporting washroom provision. The precise internal arrangement should be confirmed against the club’s operational requirements, expected occupancy and site service locations before production.

Indicative price and scope

The indicative price is £53,750 excluding VAT, or £64,500 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the five-module building in the configuration described, including the specified external finish, door and window arrangement, WC and shower. Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on the final specification, site requirements and current production and installation scheduling.

The site must have a suitable prepared base or foundation solution for the 17.7m by 4.4m footprint, together with adequate access for delivery and installation. Space around the building may also be required for lifting operations and safe installation. Ground conditions, levels, drainage and utility connection points for the WC and shower must be established before installation. Groundworks, service connections and any other site-specific requirements are assessed and priced separately.
