A long, practical office layout

Four P600 modules are connected in a straight run to create a building measuring 23.6m long by 2.2m wide, with approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey arrangement provides a simple, efficient format for desks, meeting areas or shared workspace. It is configured for the Offices & Commercial sector and is particularly suited to growing businesses that need permanent office space without a lengthy conventional build programme.

Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m. Once linked, the four sections form one continuous office building rather than separate rooms. The internal WC is included within the fitted layout, with its exact position coordinated as part of the final design.

Module-by-module configuration

• Module 1: The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing wall has a double-leaf glazed entrance door positioned between two large windows, while the exposed west end has a further large window.
• Module 2: Two large windows are fitted to the north wall and two to the south wall, providing daylight from both sides of the office.
• Module 3: This central module repeats the same arrangement, with two large windows on each of its exposed north and south walls.
• Module 4: The north and south walls each have two large windows. A further large window is fitted to the exposed east end.

Across the complete building, the configuration includes 18 large windows and one double-leaf glazed entrance door. The glazed door is located on the south side of Module 1, close to the west end of the run.

Exterior finish

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Anthracite. A flat roof and slim fascia keep the profile clean and restrained, making the building suitable for established commercial premises as well as new business sites. The long elevations are broken up by evenly distributed window openings rather than blank wall sections.

Internal fit-out

The P600 is supplied to a full fit-out standard and includes a WC for staff and visitors. The approximately 49 m² internal area can support a range of office arrangements, subject to the furniture, circulation space and working capacity required. Indicative price

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the four-module, single-storey building described here. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location, access and installation requirements have been reviewed.

Lead time and manufacture

Preparing the site

The site must provide enough space for the 23.6m by 2.2m footprint, together with suitable access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, levels, access routes, service connections and any required site works must be assessed before installation. Groundworks and site-specific requirements are then defined and priced separately for the individual location.
