4-Module P600 Office with Kitchenette and WC

Built for a growing business

This single-storey P600 configuration combines four 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules in a straight run. The completed building has a 23.6m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 46 m² of internal floor area. It is designed for growing businesses seeking permanent workspace without the programme associated with a conventional build. Four-module run layout

Module 1 forms the western end of the building and contains the only external entrance. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south wall has a large window, a single glazed door and another large window. The exposed 2.2m west end is finished in solid cladding without openings.

Module 2 continues the run. Both exposed 5.9m walls use the same balanced window arrangement: a small window, followed by a large window and then a second small window. There are no external doors in this module.

Module 3 follows the same opening pattern as Module 2. Its north and south walls each have two small windows positioned around one large window, giving the central part of the office consistent glazing on both sides.

Module 4 completes the eastern end of the run. Its north and south walls each have a small window, a large window and a second small window. The exposed 2.2m east end has solid cladding with no openings. Across the complete configuration, there are 23 windows and one single glazed external door.

Anthracite exterior finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the long, low building a clean commercial appearance. A flat roof and slim fascia maintain a simple roofline across all four modules. The solid-clad east and west end walls provide an uncluttered finish at either end of the 23.6m run.

Internal office facilities

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, allowing the building to operate as a self-contained workplace. The remaining floor area provides flexible office accommodation that can be planned around the occupying business. The long run layout and glazing to both north and south elevations support a practical working environment with natural light distributed along the building.

Indicative fitted price

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This figure applies to the four-module configuration described here, including its Anthracite exterior, stated doors and windows, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. Alternative arrangements created through the P600 configurator require their own quotation.

Programme and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on the agreed specification, production schedule and the readiness of the site. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings, with installation available across the UK.

The site must provide a suitable, level and prepared base, together with clear access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, service connections for the kitchenette and WC, drainage, local access constraints and any required permissions must be assessed for the individual site. These items are not included in the indicative building price and are confirmed separately before installation.
