A practical sports changing facility

This P600 configuration provides a long, single-storey facility for the Sport & Leisure sector. It is designed for football, rugby and cricket clubs seeking permanent-quality modular changing rooms without commissioning a conventional building project from scratch.

Dimensions and arrangement

Four steel-framed P600 modules are linked in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 23.6m by 2.2m and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The building remains entirely on the ground floor.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. The south wall has a small window on each side of the glazed double door, providing the building’s external entrance. A further top-only high-level window is fitted in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 is positioned next in the run. Both exposed 5.9m walls have two top-only high-level windows, giving four high-level windows across its north and south elevations.

Module 3 follows the same opening arrangement as Module 2. Two top-only high-level windows are installed on the north wall and another two on the south wall.

Module 4 forms the eastern end. It has two top-only high-level windows on the north wall and two on the south wall. The exposed east end wall contains one additional top-only high-level window.

Across the complete building, the high-level openings admit natural light while limiting direct views into the changing space. The two small windows and glazed double entrance are grouped on the south elevation of Module 1.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding. A dual-pitch apex roof runs above the single-storey structure, giving the building a clear roof profile suited to a sports ground or club setting.

The standard fitted specification includes the internal WC and shower required for this configuration. These facilities make the building suitable for players and teams who need changing and washing provision in one linked modular structure. No additional rooms, fixtures or equipment beyond the stated specification are assumed.

Indicative price

The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are not included in this figure and are quoted separately once the location, access and installation requirements have been assessed.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on order confirmation, specification sign-off and site arrangements. The site will need a suitable level foundation or support solution, clear access for delivery and installation, and planned connections for the WC and shower services. Drainage, water and any other utility requirements must be established for the chosen location.
