This configuration places four P600 modules in a straight run, creating a building with a 23.6m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The linked modules form one continuous single-storey facility, suitable for sports clubs that need dedicated changing space without the complexity of a traditional building project.

It is designed for use as modular changing rooms within the Sport & Leisure sector. The long, narrow format can work particularly well alongside a football or rugby pitch, beside a cricket pavilion, or within an existing club compound where available site width is limited.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the western end of the building and contains the main entrance. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has three small windows. The south-facing wall has a small window on each side of a double-leaf glazed entrance door, providing a clearly defined access point. A high-level, top-only window is positioned in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 continues the run with three small windows on its north wall and three small windows on its south wall. Module 3 follows the same arrangement, again using three small windows on each exposed 5.9m side. These regularly spaced openings provide natural light along the central section of the building.

Module 4 forms the eastern end. It has three small windows on the north wall and three small windows on the south wall, together with a high-level, top-only window in the exposed east end wall. Across the full configuration, there are 23 small side windows, two high-level end windows and one double-leaf glazed entrance door.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth black cladding, giving the building a clean, restrained appearance that suits modern sports grounds and established club sites. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple across the full four-module run.

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supporting its intended use as a modular changing room. The brief does not define additional partitions, lockers, benches or separate team areas, so any requirements beyond the stated WC and shower should be confirmed as part of the final specification. Price and typical lead time

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the four-module building in the stated configuration, including its black smooth-clad exterior, specified doors and windows, flat roof with slim fascia, and internal WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the final agreed specification, project scheduling and site readiness.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable, level prepared base or foundation arrangement appropriate to the site conditions. Delivery vehicles and installation equipment must be able to reach and operate safely within the site, with sufficient access for positioning four 5.9m x 2.2m modules in a straight run.

Connections for water, drainage and any required electrical services must also be planned for the WC and shower. Groundworks, service routes, access constraints and local planning or regulatory requirements should be assessed before installation, as these are site-specific and are priced separately from the building.
