A practical wide-format layout

This configuration uses three 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed P600 modules positioned side by side. Together, they form a single-storey building with a 5.9m x 6.6m footprint and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The wide arrangement provides a practical basis for a club changing facility while keeping the overall building compact and straightforward to site.

Designed for the Sport & Leisure sector, this building is suitable for football, rugby and cricket clubs. It can be specified as a dedicated modular changing room for a new facility, a replacement for an ageing clubhouse structure or an addition to an existing sports ground.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the northern side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window, in that order. The glazed double door provides the main entrance and allows more natural light into the building. Both exposed 2.2m end walls have one top-only high-level window: one on the east end and one on the west end.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the three-module layout. Its north and south walls connect to the adjoining modules, creating the combined internal space. The exposed east and west end walls each have one top-only high-level window. These openings introduce daylight while retaining greater privacy than standard-height windows.

Module 3 forms the southern side. Its exposed south wall has two top-only high-level windows. The east and west end walls also each contain one top-only high-level window. Across the complete building, the window arrangement provides daylight from the outer walls while remaining appropriate for changing-room use.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding, giving the building a consistent, contemporary appearance suitable for sports grounds and club facilities. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low profile.

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower, providing the essential sanitary facilities required for a working changing-room building. The exact positioning of these facilities and any additional internal requirements should be confirmed as part of the project specification. Indicative price and programme

The indicative price for this three-module configuration is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, based on the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in this figure and are quoted separately once the site, access and project requirements have been assessed.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on the confirmed specification, site readiness and installation arrangements. Timescales should therefore be agreed against the requirements of the individual club and location.

Preparing the site

The installation area must be accessible for delivery and prepared for the completed 5.9m x 6.6m building. Suitable groundworks and support requirements are determined for the specific site and quoted separately. Connections for the WC and shower must also be planned, including the required water, drainage and other services. Any planning permission, regulatory requirements and restrictions affecting the site should be established before delivery and installation are scheduled.
