Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a single glazed entrance door positioned between two small windows. The 2.2m east end has two small windows, and the west end has a further two small windows. The glazed door is the external access point for this configuration.

Module 2 forms the south side. Its exposed 5.9m south elevation contains three small windows. Both 2.2m end walls are also fitted with windows, with two on the east end and two on the west end. Together, the two modules provide 13 small windows across the exposed elevations, helping distribute natural light around the building.

The long internal sides of the modules are connected to create the wide layout. This gives the building a practical rectangular floor plate rather than two isolated rooms. The fitted interior includes a WC and shower, supporting its intended use by players and club members before and after training or matches.

Exterior and internal finish

The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding, giving the building a restrained appearance that can sit comfortably beside clubhouses, pitches and training areas.
