Two-storey module arrangement
This stored P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules, with two modules on the ground floor and two directly above. Together they create a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint and approximately 46m² of internal usable floor area. An internal staircase connects the two storeys and is not visible from outside.
Each P600 module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The arrangement provides a practical two-level format for a construction-site welfare layout while keeping the ground-level footprint compact.
Windows and entrance
On the ground floor, Module 1 has two small windows and a glazed double door on its north wall. Its east and west end walls each have two small windows. Module 2 has three small windows on the south wall, plus two small windows on each of its east and west end walls.
On the first floor, Module 3 has three small windows on the north wall and two small windows on each east and west end wall. Module 4 repeats the opposite elevation pattern, with three small windows on the south wall and two on each east and west end wall. These are the stored openings for this configuration; their relationship to individual internal rooms is confirmed through the final layout.
Anthracite external finish
Every listed exposed outside wall is finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards run vertically across the selected full-wall cladding areas, covering the north, east and west exposed walls of Modules 1 and 3, and the east, south and west exposed walls of Modules 2 and 4.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Cladding and other final external details remain subject to the project quotation.
Requested welfare fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and adjoining welfare spaces to be confirmed in the final plan. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included specifications for this stored design. This allows the final arrangement to be developed around canteen, drying room and WC requirements without making assumptions about finishes that have not yet been selected.
Construction-sector use
This configuration is intended as a site welfare unit for the construction sector. Its two-storey format is suited to sites that need approximately 46m² of usable internal accommodation while limiting the building footprint. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator, with the final room plan and fit-out confirmed by quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £54,800 excluding VAT, or £65,760 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the selected location.
