Wide two-module arrangement
This stored configuration places two P600 steel-framed modules side by side to form a single-storey, wide modular office. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 4.4m, with approximately 22.8 m2 of usable internal area before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; a connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final room arrangement.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, the modules create a practical format for businesses seeking a permanent workplace through Adacon’s modular offices range.
Windows and external access
The exposed north wall of Module 1, along the 5.9m side, is configured with a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have one large window.
Module 2 has one large window in each of its east and west 2.2m end walls. Its exposed south wall, along the 5.9m side, is configured with a small window, a large window and a second small window. These are the stored openings for this particular design; the final relationship between rooms, windows and the entrance is confirmed when the internal plan is completed.
Pure White insulated-panel exterior
The selected outside walls use standard insulated sandwich panels with a smooth finish in Pure White, RAL 9010. This finish applies to the exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the exposed east, south and west walls of Module 2.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Any pricing associated with external finish choices is confirmed as part of the complete quotation rather than itemised separately in public product information.
Requested kitchenette, WC and internal finishes
A kitchenette and WC are requested for the fit-out, with their precise positions, partitions and associated room arrangement still to be confirmed in the final layout. The stated usable internal area is measured before these partitions are introduced.
Elsewhere in the office, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Where bathroom walls form part of the confirmed plan, 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels are standard, while hygienic panels are an optional selection. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms, but a shower is not specified in this stored design. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections recorded in the quotation.
Configured estimate and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the requested fit-out. Transport is priced according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Placement and site requirements remain subject to survey, including access, levels and the condition of the proposed location. Final dimensions, room divisions, finishes and fit-out details are confirmed through the project quotation and stored design produced using the building configurator.
